Tomatoes growing at Regener8 Farm

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does Beyond Organic mean?
Organic describes what is left out — pesticides, synthetic fertilisers, GMOs. Beyond Organic is what we add back. We work with regenerative agriculture, which aims to leave soil healthier than it was found, and we hold the kitchen to the same standard: organic, non-GMO and cooked with real fats rather than seed oils.
What is regenerative food?
Regenerative food comes from farming that rebuilds soil health rather than depleting it — cover cropping, composting, biodiversity and rotational systems. Sustainable farming aims to hold ground. Regenerative farming aims to improve it, so each season leaves the land better than the last.
Where does Regener8 Café source its ingredients?
From our own land wherever possible: our farm in South Florida and our ranch in Oklahoma, plus local farms that use similar regenerative practices.
Does Regener8 Café use seed oils?
No. We cook with olive oil, coconut oil, grass-fed butter and tallow.
Where is Regener8 Café located?
3490 NW 2nd Ave, in Wynwood, Miami, Florida 33127.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8 AM–6 PM, Saturday 10 AM–6 PM. Closed on Sunday. Breakfast served all day.
What makes the space different?
The water we serve is highly filtered, the air conditioning runs through added filtration, the lighting is designed around the body’s natural daily rhythm, and an Energy Enhancement System (EES) is installed in the café.
Is there parking?
Private parking and ample street parking nearby.
Do you cater to allergies and dietary needs?
Our kitchen handles gluten, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, fish and sesame, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of an allergen. Tell our team about any allergy or dietary need before you order, or call us ahead of your visit.
