1. Accepting these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company — arranging catering, for example — you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

2. What this site is, and is not

This site describes our café, our menu, our farm and the people behind them. It is information, not an offer to sell. Nothing here creates an obligation on us to serve a particular dish, hold a particular price, or open at a particular time.

Orders, payment and the rewards programme are operated by Toast, Inc. When you follow an ordering or rewards link you leave this site and enter Toast’s service, governed by Toast’s terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to that transaction beyond preparing and serving what you ordered.

3. Menu, availability and prices

Our menu changes with what the farm is producing and what the kitchen has that day. Dishes shown here may be unavailable, may be prepared differently, or may have been replaced. Prices are not published on this site; the current menu and prices live on our ordering page, which is the authoritative source.

Photographs are illustrative. Some images on this site are concept images rather than photographs of our premises or of the exact dish as served, and are marked as such where they appear.

4. Food, allergens and dietary information

This is important, so it is stated plainly. Our kitchen handles nuts, seeds, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, sesame and grains that contain gluten — including einkorn and sourdough. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of any allergen, and cross-contact is possible in a single working kitchen.

Descriptions on this site are a guide, not a specification. If you have a food allergy, an intolerance, or a medical dietary requirement, tell our staff before you order and confirm with them directly. Do not rely on this website to make that decision.

Labels such as “gluten-free”, “vegan”, “dairy-free” or “no added sugar” describe how a dish is made, not a certification, unless we say otherwise in writing.

5. Nothing here is medical advice

We talk about regenerative farming, whole ingredients, ancient grains and cooking without seed oils because that is how we cook. None of it is a health claim, and none of it is medical, nutritional or dietary advice.

Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Some drink names and the “intention” lines on our menu are brand language, not statements of effect. If you have a health condition or you are pregnant, speak to a qualified professional before changing what you eat.

Products from guest brands sold on our shelf carry their own manufacturer’s claims and labelling. Those are theirs, not ours.

6. Catering enquiries

The catering menu on this site is a description of what we can prepare. It is not a quotation and it is not a booking. A catering order exists only once we have confirmed the date, the headcount, the items and the price with you directly, in writing.

7. Rewards

The rewards programme is run through Toast. Signing up, earning and redeeming are governed by Toast’s terms and by the programme rules in force at the time. What this site says about rewards is a summary for convenience; where the two differ, the programme rules prevail.

8. Our content

The Regener8 Café name, the seal, the wordmark, the text, the photography and the design of this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. You may read, share and link to our pages. You may not copy the content for commercial use, present it as your own, or use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

Third-party names and logos shown on this site — Toast, Instagram, and the guest brands on our retail shelf among them — belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify their products or services.

9. How you may use the site

Use it as it was meant to be used. Do not:

• Try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything connected to it.
• Scrape or harvest content or contact details by automated means.
• Submit false information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited or abusive content.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes someone else’s rights.

We may restrict access if the site is being misused.

10. Links and the wider ecosystem

We link to Regener8 Farm, Centner Wellness, Centner Academy, Toast, Instagram and Google Maps. Those are separate services and, in some cases, separate organisations. We describe them because they are part of the story, not because we control them or answer for what they do.

11. The site is provided as it is

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

If your misuse of this site, or your breach of these terms, causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result from it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes

We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
